At Designista we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. If you have any question, message us.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly (name, phone, email, delivery address, your designs) and general usage data so we can improve the service (pages you visit, the device you use).
2. Why we collect it
We use your data to fulfil orders, deliver them, answer your questions, and credit points or coupons. We don't sell your data to anyone.
3. Payments
We use trusted payment providers like Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, and bank transfer. Card numbers and wallet credentials go to them directly — Designista never sees or stores sensitive payment information.
4. Cookies & session data
We use localStorage to remember your session, cart, language preference, and the operational cookies that keep the site running. No third-party tracking cookies without your consent.
5. Sharing with others
We share data with the delivery company (name/phone/address to deliver your order) and the print team where needed. We don't share with advertising networks.
6. Storage & security
Your data sits on Firebase (Google Cloud), in encrypted, protected servers. No one on the team sees your password — if you forget it you reset it.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, edit it, or delete your account at any time. Email support@designista.com and we'll respond within 7 business days.
8. Children
The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If we learn an account belongs to a younger child we'll delete it immediately.
9. Policy updates
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll notify you either with an in-app notice or by email before it takes effect.
