These terms govern your use of the Designista platform — website and app. Read them before you buy or design, and reach out anytime with questions.
1. Acceptance
By using Designista you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any clause, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the info you enter and for keeping your password secure. Any activity from your account is treated as yours.
3. Orders & payment
Every order is confirmed after we receive it. The final price is set at checkout (price + delivery − any discount). Payment options include cash on delivery, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or bank transfer.
4. Custom designs
When you create a design here, you confirm you own the content or have the right to use it. Uploading content that violates laws, IP rights, or public decency isn't allowed. We may reject or remove any non-compliant design without prior notice.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Cairo: 2–3 business days, other governorates: 3–5. Free shipping for orders over EGP 1,000.
6. Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in original condition. Custom items (printed names, designer signature, custom dimensions) are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
7. Points & coupons
Points have no direct cash value and are redeemed for coupons per the table on the Points page. Coupons have specific expiry dates and minimum-order thresholds when noted.
8. Intellectual property
All site content (logo, UI, copy) is IP of Designista. User-uploaded designs remain the property of their creators, who grant Designista the right to use them for sales and marketing on the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
Designista isn't liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent allowed by law. Our maximum liability equals the value of the disputed order.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes we'll notify you in advance. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Cairo courts.
